Handmade Products
All products are handmade with love, care and attention.
Please note: No two designs are the same as each piece is one of a kind. Keep in mind that products used for each creation is harvested from nature, meaning that each gemstone is unique in colour, shape and size.
Appearance of materials/ gemstones may differ from the picture and will appear lighter or darker in certain environments/ lighting.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and reserves the right to update prices at any time.(*prices are inclusive of GST).
Payment needs to be made in full before products will be sent to the customer via Australia Post.
Payment will be received via Direct Bank Transfer to the nominated Bank Account, listed at checkout.
Dispatch Timing
Please note: all orders will be processed within 2-5 business days once payment has been received in full.
Delivery dates provided are estimates only and may be subject to change. @bonniejewellery is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers.
Once the order has been packaged, and dropped off at Australia Post, @bonniejewellery will send tracking details to the customer, so they can track their order's progress.
Faulty Products
Please note: materials used are sourced from nature. Gemstones can have slight imperfections and feature varying colours, shapes, and textures, which in turn helps create a more nuanced treasure. Gemstones are known to potentially crack or chip, so please take care when wearing your pieces.
In the event that there is a fault with your product please get in contact with us, so we can rectify this for you. Please provide proof of purchase and pictures of the fault so we can investigate this further. @bonniejewellery will provide an appropriate solution in (2 - 5 business days).
If deemed faulty from materials used, @bonniejewellery will offer either a repair service, store credit, or another item of your choosing will be shipped in replacement.(additional costs will be involved, depending on the option provided by @bonniejewellery and the customer's decision). The customer agrees to pay for shipping the item back to @bonniejewellery and @bonniejewellery will cover the postage to send the repair/ replacement product back to the customer.
After investigation, if the product appears to be damaged by the user from inappropriate wearing and overall lack of care for the item, @bonnie jewellery has the right to refuse repairing or replacing the item. Please refer to our guidelines on how to properly care for your pieces as some gemstones are quite precious and fragile.
Similarly, if the item has been damaged from third party courier service (Australia Post), @bonniejewellery isn't liable.
Custom orders
At the present stage, @bonniejewellery does not offer custom-made services. In the future, if @bonnie jewellery offers custom made pieces... all custom or resized jewellery sales are final and non-refundable once production has commenced.
